MANGO PUDDING WITH BLUEBERRIES, CHERRIES & HEMP SEEDS
Serves 1

For The Pudding:
2 large ripe mangoes, peeled and pitted
1 medjool date, pitted (optional)
Toppings:
handful fresh organic blueberries
3-4 fresh cherries, pitted & chopped
1 tablespoon hemp seeds :
1/4 to 1/2 to 1 tsp organic turmeric powder (optional)
Directions:
Peel the mango and wash your berries and cherries.
Blend mangoes in high speed blender, blending until a creamy and smooth consistency.
Pour mango pudding in a bowl.
Top with berries, pitted chopped cherries and hemp seeds.
Eat with a spoon and enjoy!
