Once you crack open the coconut, scoop out the white fleshy part and remove the husks and hard shell (which is NOT edible and can cause toothache and indigestion). Enjoy in smoothies, salad dressings, coconut yogurt and coconut kefir, pudding, banana ice cream, and many other gourmet desserts and dishes. Just be creative and enjoy your coconut 🙂
