Prior to becoming vegan, my face was not as clear as it is now. I ate a lot of processed, refined foods, loaded with sugar and milk. My face would get very oily very quickly, and I never understood why. I always desired to have clear skin as a meat-eater, and now I finally do!
We all desire to have clear skim, but what we eat is a reflection of what our face will look like. Milk and refined sugar primarily cause acne, and this should come to no surprise to you. And acne can be caused by many different ways, not just from what we eat. Acne is also caused by stress, alcohol, diet, hormone imbalances, lack of sleep, and/or even cosmetics that can clog pores and even reactions to some acne treatments. You see, some of the products are designed to beat acne may actually be making your problem worse.
Here are my top 3 tips on how to clear up acne and pimples FAST!
By eliminating the cause, you then see the solution. There are a lot of commercials out there that just sell you cheap, conventional and noneffective products that don’t actually work, or they’ll work temporarily, but the pimples still come back a couple of weeks later. Many customers fall for their this, and I know I sure did. I remember when I used Neutrogena and Proactive products. Many people swear by Proactive products clearing up their skin, but for me, it never really worked, even though I did as instructed. Tip #1: Eliminate Meat, Diary, Processed Foods and Refined Sugar
This one is a MUST, and quite obvious. We all heard countless times of the importance of eating healthy and eliminating processed foods. Milk and anything refined and processed are the main causes of acne. If you want clear skin but are not ready to go vegan cold-turkey, then start by eliminating ilk and refined sugar and processed foods, as these are the main causes of acne and pimples.
Tip #2: Eat More Fresh Raw Living Foods!
Eating fresh raw living foods helps a whole lot to clear up your skin. Foods that are excellent for radiant, soft, clear skin are mangoes, watermelon, bananas, avocados, turmeric, coconut oil, apples, pineapple, spinach, leafy greens, and more. The more fresh fruits and vegetables you eat, the better!
Tip #3: Magnesium
Magnesium is an essentially important mineral that helps to calm our nerves and muscles, in particular. But did you know, it’s also great for acne, as well. Most of us, unfortunately, are magnesium deficient.
If you’ve got acne, all you have to do is, simply apply a few drops of Activation EASE Magnesium spray on your face and rub it in. You can apply some coconut oil on top of that to help remove the acne and pimples, as well.
