- 1/2 cup raw sprouted buckwheat flour
- 4 tablespoons hemp seeds
- 2-3 tablespoons chia seeds
- 4 tablespoons raw carob powder
- 1/4 cup dried mulberries
- 3-4 fresh soft pitted medjool dates
- 1/2 tsp stevia powder
- 1/4 tsp sea salt (to bring out the sweetness, but optional)
- 5-7 tablespoons filtered or distilled water

- cashew butter
- banana sauce (blended fresh bananas with dates or stevia)
- Pulse all ingredients in a food processor, and process until a sticky, crumbly dough consistency.
- Place the dough at the bottom of a flat plate and form brownies.
- Top off the brownies with any toppings, as you wish.
- Eat and serve immediately or store in the freezer (or fridge) until you’re ready to eat it. You can even leave it out, covered, o your counter, or even dehydrate it, if you own one.
