Orange Berry Smoothie Recipe

This blackberry blueberry orange smoothie is super yummy and makes a great combination together. Provides your mind, body, and cells with a plethora of benefits  and antioxidants for your temple to function properly. Feel free to ad in greens like spinach, lettuce, or kale for extra nutrients. 

If you’re looking for natural energy, mental clarity, improved digestion, better sleep, fast recovery from workouts, feeling happy, and more — then this smoothie can offer you that and BEYOND :)! A great summer recipe, too. 

Orange Berry Smoothie Recipe

Serves 2 

  • 3-4 oranges
  • 1/2 cup of organic blueberries
  • 1/2 cup of organic raspberries and/or blackberries
  • 1 cup filtered water 
  • Organic stevia leaves (optional, to add a boost of benefits, fiber and natural sweetness)
  • Ice (if you would like it chilled) 

 

To make: 

Peel the orange and wash the berries with clean water with fresh lime or lemon juice. Add all ingredients in a blender and blend for 1-2 minutes. 

Serve, share and enjoy!
