Good for my hair . . .
This product is so good for my hair. My hair is oily at the scalp but dry in the length, so I wasn’t sure what this product would do for me, but it has a balancing effect on my hair and seems to nourish it. I will continue to use it with the other shampoos on the site.

Finally figured out these shampoos 😀
I have straight, thin hip length hair. My detox was about 2 months with the waxiness and weird stuff coming out on a brush, but after these symptoms started to be minimal i still couldn’t get my hair clean with the shampoos, even though the zen detox always worked great. After a few experiments I realized what worked for my hair. At the beginning I tried to follow instructions for shampooing closely but once you get comfortable: experiment. The quarter sized amount when shampooing and diluting just does not work for me, I have to use about 4x the amount and I started to wash all of my hair instead of just scalp like I’m used to. Massaging the scalp + rubbing hair with palms of my hands all over seems to work the best.
I thought there will be no end to the nasty hair, and I am happy I went through the process and can enjoy beautiful hair now! My hair is softer, less frizzy and less static, I can go a bit longer without shampooing than I used to, but hope I will be able to stretch this even further. My hair gets greasy on 3rd day now (before it was 2nd). All shampoos seem to work well for me, can’t tell the difference except the smell and color of them. My hair is greasy and sea essence is working great too even though designed for dry hair.
For others reading this and going through detox: don’t give up, the result will be worth it, experiment and read others’ recommendations 🙂 good luck

Working with the Zodiac . . .
I started the MM on the Sea Essence because I’m a water sign, based on the traditional zodiac and the five elements. I figured I would ‘attune’ my body and hair to the water element first, and then rotate through the other 4 shampoos. Anyway, the Sea Essence makes my hair look I’m in a commercial. It’s like goddess hair.
Anyone starting the MM method for the first time, I’d recommend starting by harmonizing your body and hair with YOUR element first (earth, air, water, fire etc) then doing the rotation of all the ‘poos – it really works!

Cleans without stripping oils
I finally had to start buying these in the larger sizes. Having autoimmune disease has led me away from the processed shampoos (and c, even the organic ones, and this is my favourite! It cleans without stripping oils and leaving a film on my hair – I just wish I could buy it at a local store or shop!

Hair grew like a weed
So funny story, when I bought this shampoo I didn’t know it was for lengthening. I didn’t realize it was until after using it for about a month and noticing that I was needing twice as many haircuts. My hair grew like a weed it was crazy! This was my first MM shampoo, and I very pleasantly surprised! It’s overpriced, but that’s what you pay for top notch ingredients.

Far better than other shampoos
This is far better shampoo than any other shampoo I have used. Other shampoos, I saw my hair falling out of my head. This shampoo, never see any hair on my hands or on the shower drain.

Softest hair

Great for an Itchy Scalp
For those with an extremely dry, itchy scalp this shampoo is perfect. My scalp itches A LOT. I know it’s from being overly dry because an oil treatment gives me an immediate relief. But shampooing with this gives me immediate relief too. As soon as I walk out of the shower, the itching is relieved completely.
