Happy Summer Solstice, everyone! 

Today is an excellent day to set new intentions and goals and enjoy a new healthy path.  If you have been desiring to lead a healthy lifestyle, NOW is the perfect time to do so (as there is no better time than the present). 

When you nourish your body with the purest and cleanest foods nature has to offer, your body rewards you with love, vitality, longevity, and health in return 🙏🏼❤ Are you going to allow your body to be a MORGUE for dead animals or a GARDEN that blossoms for years to come?! The choice to take your health into your own hands is up to YOU. Get out of your own way and stick to the way we were designed to eat: an abundance of fruits and vegetables with moderates of nuts and seeds. Optimum health is found in nature, not in the doctor’s office. 

This Pineapple Blueberry Watermelon Juice is AMAZING! It’s super yummy and has quickly become one of my favorite combinations. It’s naturally sweet, high in fiber and LOADED with an array of vitamins and minerals for a healthy mind and body. This just tastes even more amazing with chilled ripe watermelon. Share with family and friends! They’ll all love it.

Pineapple Blueberry Watermelon Juice Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups sweet ripe watermelon 
  • 1/2 pineapple 
  • 1 cup blueberries 

For an additional awesomeness: feel free to add celery, spinach, cilantro, parsley, or any other leafy green or vegetable of your choice.

Note: Bananas do not mix optimally with watermelons or pineapple, in case you were thinking of adding them 😉…. 

To Make:

Cut and chop your watermelon and pineapple and place in blender with blueberries. There’s no need to add water, but if you’d like to add water, coconut water is the best water you can add! it’d make the juice sweeter, too. Blend until a creamy and smooth consistency for about 1-2 minutes. Serve and enjoy!
