Well the truth is (and hopefully you don’t have to learn the hard way like so many people have), we ALL NEED fat in our diet, and in fact, we can’t live without them. Fat is vital to our body because it helps our brain to function properly and also to lose weight – surprised, right?

So, Here Are The 6 Superfoods That Help Accelerate Fat Loss FAST!
1.) Flax Seeds
Flax seeds are high in fibre and protein. It can actually help you stay fuller longer, with just eating very little calories, and it also helps you to have a healthy digestion. They are a rich source of omega-3 fatty acid known as called alpha-linolenic acid (ALA), which is capable of regulating the insulin level in the bloodstream. 3.) Coconut Oil
Coconut Oil is superior in enhancing nutrient absorption. It has the ability to potentially allow you to absorb more antioxidants and other nutrients from your food.
